Q: Can I apply online without a cellphone number?
Ans: NO. However, you can nominate the cellphone number of your child or sibling or a close friend. Your cellphone/mobile number is very necessary for OEDC processors to contact you for verification and for CEPALCO to send out SMS e-Services notifications.
Q: Are there other required documents to complete the subscription?
Ans: YES. Here’s the full list of requirements:
For Single Accounts/Residential
If subscriber is the registered OEDC customer
Valid ID of the registered OEDC customer
Authorization Letter and Valid ID of the Authorized Person (If processed on behalf of the registered OEDC customer)
If subscriber is not the registered OEDC customer (actual occupant, renter or tenant)
Valid ID of the registered OEDC customer
Valid ID of the actual occupant
Consent Letter signed by the registered OEDC customer
Additional requirements of the subscriber (scanned copy or picture) if submitted online
Specimen signature to be attached to the subscription form
